Framwork for Knowledge Management from Unstructured Data
Ideation has developed a knowledge management repository, uniquely designed to facilitate the creation of knowledge repository from unstructured data and very fast free search retrieval time.
- The knowledge base is represented as a tree, with the nodes representing knowledge items. The nodes can accommodate a variety of data format, ranging from plain text to pdf, word docs.
- The knowledge base administrators attach the data fragments with the nodes. For example, he/she might upload a word document and attach it with a knowledge node.
- The searcher searches all data nodes for possible matches and returns all matching paths to the user.
- The framework internally uses the FULL-TEXT search capability of RDBMS.
