Commuter Information System is a public utility based on "Automatic Vehicle Tracking" and "Live Video Streaming", developed for state government/city corporation. It has live video streaming facility for law enforcement agencies.

System Features
- Widescreen LCDs will be installed in important landmarks / bus stands.
- Dynamic bus positions on Normal/Satellite maps will be displayed in Widescreen LCD panels.
- Dynamic message flash about bus speed, traffic situation, arrival time etc will be displayed in Widescreen LCD.
- Value added information like weather forecast, nearby police station/hospitals will be displayed in Widescreen LCD.
- All the bus stops will be equipped with close-circuit camera and a separate control room will be created in Police HQ which will help law enforment agencies immensely to have the live video of all important bus stops.
- Emergency communication (like vehicle breakdown, accident) from the bus to control room for immediate action to be taken by bus depot.
- End of day reporting will be available for monitoring bus movement (Path tracking, Speed Graph, Vehicle activity and stop report, Day summary) by governing authorities.
- Live News Flash will be shown in the widescreen LCD.
